RenGet — Founder (side startup) Peer-to-peer rental marketplace for Latvia, solo-built end to end and live in production since June 2026. Escrow-style payments state machine — card holds, auto-payouts, cancellation policies — plus contracts and a trilingual LV/EN/RU product. Full founder scope: market sizing, payment-provider negotiations, go-to-market.

2024 — now
Inkomerc — Technical Lead / AI Automation Lead SmartMonitor fleet-monitoring platform — refactored the legacy core and introduced a new stack (PHP 8.3→8.4, Laravel 12), scaled the platform horizontally and vertically, and drove speed optimisation across the board. Led the evidence-video (EMS) pipeline, vehicle-camera streaming and CSDD state-registry integration; rolled out Claude Code with ~20 custom skills, adopted team-wide. Built the company code knowledge base — a cross-repo AST code graph linking the Vue frontends to the Laravel API, with on-device vector doc search, served to the team's AI tools over MCP (zero API keys).

Dyninno — Backend Travel-tech — APIs, parsing and optimisation at scale (AWS storage). Flagship: a live cross-GDS command translator — agents worked in one window typing native Travelport/Amadeus/Sabre terminal commands, and the system auto-translated the command + parameters between all three GDS in real time, with a dynamic parser that normalised each system's raw output into one common map.
